HIIT Conditioning

Love HIIT training, but sick of being just another number in a class? This is HIIT training but with a more personal touch.

Many HIIT classes are filled with large numbers, and this makes it difficult to correct technique and give added support. Apollo will be keeping our classes intimate, so you will receive the benefits of HIIT training and support from a professional at the same time.

Resistance based interval training using a variety of equipment including:

  • Kettle Bells

  • Barbells

  • Dumbbells

  • Functional Equipment

Boxfit

A boxing style of training like never before! This a 45 minute workout including:

  • Skipping

  • Pad work

  • Bag work

  • Core specific exercises

  • Body weight exercises
